Grievance Redressal Cell(GRC) of the institution deals with various types of grievances emanating from faculty members and/or staff of the institution and redresses them within a timebound framework. The cell was constituted as per the guidelines specified within the AICTE notification, Ref. No 1-103/AICTE/PGRC/Regulation/2021, dated 22nd March 2021. The complainant receives a due acknowledgment from the cell, when he/she registers complaints through online or offline mode, stating in the details of complaint received and tentative durations within which the complaints would be resolved. The cell is headed by the Principal of the institution and is supported by a panel of senior professor level faculty members, both from the affiliating university BPUT and the institution.
