GEC is conscious that majority of the students have a dream to join a job after they pass out. We understand that job should be given to the students when they are in their final year. Choudhury , Director (T & P), who has impeccable repute of 10 years of brilliant performance in Placement, supported by a battery of placement executives retained at various strategic locations of the country (placement hubs), the placement cell of GEC is confident of finding ample and appropriate jobs for its students.

The Training & placement Cell is committed to provide all possible assistance to its graduates in their efforts to find employment. This commitment is demonstrated by the existence of a full time professor in charge. The Training & Placement service operates year round to facilitate contacts between companies and graduates. Staffs are available to respond to student’s question and concern of all kinds. This may include advice on placement procedures help with preparation of applications and resumes and practice for interviews. The aim is to ensure that students have the information and skills necessary for an effective job search. PPT provides an opportunity to the recruiting company and the students to interact with each other. The presentation by the company regarding the history, growth potential, future opportunities, and jobs available (content, compensation package, location, etc.) PPT also provides a company with opportunity to recruit the first year students for summer training assignments.


Campus recruitment drives are undertaken by inviting companies from the private & public and government sectors to place Institute’s students at entry level managerial positions. Placement assistance is provided industry sector-wise as well as by functional area wise.
